And I am always reminded (since my b-day is creeping closer again) that on the day I turned three my parents hauled my little butt to Knott's Dairy Farm. I whined and complained all morning "I don't WANNA go here! I want to go to the BEACH!" Apparently they forced my to have fun until my father snarled "Alright! Enough! Goddam it, OK! We'll go to the beach!" and we went to the beach.
Happy.
ReplyDeleteThese are very dear.

"Yo, ho, ho! It's a pirate's life for me...."
ReplyDeleteYes, she's been singing that one nearly nonstop since Pirates of the Caribbean.
Great medicine--
ReplyDeleteDelightful - thanks for these!
