I don't know why, but...1) I love the picture. The colors? The lonely palm top amid the American splendor of power poles, stop lights and yard trees?2) It makes me want to quote Brian Turner.I DON'T have palms, but what's fascinating about our climate is that you CAN grow certain palms here, given the right microclime, and many people do.
